Lucy knew there had to be a better way—a way to bridge the gap between technology and business success.
The Beginning: A Passion for IT & Business Solutions
During Lucy's time working on complex systems like Saffire, a policy management platform for workers' compensation, Lucy gained deep insights into enterprise technology, automation, and system integrations. Lucy worked on claims processing, compliance tracking, and payment management, helping companies streamline their operations.
But Lucy wanted to do more. Lucy wanted to help businesses beyond just one system, providing tailored IT consulting solutions that could improve efficiency, enhance data-driven decision-making, and optimize technology to meet business goals. That’s when Lucy decided to launch Homestay Lucy—an IT consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses transform technology into a competitive advantage.
