✔ Service Not Delivered – If you paid for a service and it was not provided as agreed.
✔ Cancellation by Homestay Lucy – If we are unable to fulfill a booked service due to unforeseen circumstances.
✔ Technical Issues – If a service was affected by technical failures that were within our control.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
❌ Completed Consultations & Services – If the service has already been provided.
❌ Digital Products & Reports – Custom data analysis reports, dashboards, or documentation that have been delivered.
❌ Client-Initiated Cancellations – If the client cancels a booked session within 2 hours of the appointment (unless otherwise specified).

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
