I offer three monthly support plans tailored to different levels of tech needs: 🟢 Basic Support — "Essentials" $100/month → 4 hrs basic support Ideal for light tech support and occasional help. 🔵 Basic Support — "Professional" $180/month → 8 hrs basic support Great for regular monthly assistance with everyday tech issues. 🔴 Advance Support — "Business Plus" $200/month → 5 hrs advanced support Designed for small businesses or individuals who need dependable tech help with quicker response times and priority scheduling. 🟣 Advance Support — "Premium" $350 + → 10 hrs advanced support Ideal for businesses that require ongoing, hands-on IT support. Includes extended coverage hours, top-priority response, and the flexibility to handle more complex projects or emergencies as they arise. All plans are billed monthly and are valid until canceled. Please note: Each plan has specific limits on availability, number of support sessions, and response times. These plans do not include 24/7 support.
