How much does a session cost?
Rates start at $30/hour for basic support (e.g., printer setup, email issues). More advance support are billed at $50/hour. I’ll always provide an estimate before starting.

Is my personal data safe?
Yes. I only access what’s needed to fix your issue, and no personal files are stored or shared. All sessions are encrypted for your protection.

Yes! I offer three monthly support plans tailored to different levels of tech needs:

$100/month → 4 hrs basic support
Ideal for light tech support and occasional help.
🔵 Basic Support — "Professional"
$180/month → 8 hrs basic support
Great for regular monthly assistance with everyday tech issues.

$200/month → 5 hrs advanced support
Designed for small businesses or individuals who need dependable tech help with quicker response times and priority scheduling.

$350 + → 10 hrs advanced support

All plans are billed monthly and are valid until canceled.

I offer remote tech support nationwide. In-person service is available in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area by appointment.
