Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Policy All bookings must be made through homestaylucy.com, support@homestaylucy.com, or 260-209-4659. No payment is required at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking. 2. Cancellation Cancellations made before the scheduled service: No problem! You may cancel or reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment: We appreciate early notice, but you can still reschedule without any fees. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 1 hour before): We understand things happen! Just contact us to reschedule when you're ready. 3. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule up to 2 hours before the appointment at no additional charge. Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment is allowed based on availability. 4. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and we may require you to book a new session. 5.
